3D Jewelry Renderings - Instructions

Hello, I am a Rhino 3D Jewelry Designer and I know advanced level how to setup and render product images in V-Ray: material, environments, lighting, shadows, reflection, refraction etc. Here is what i need: please see attached image 1. I need to know what 3D image rendering program is used for the provided image (version, developer etc) 2. Instructions on how to get this program including materials and textures (cost effective and possible free or build in) 3. Clear step by step material, environment, light etc.. setup instructions to achieve the exact same result seen on the provided image 4. I will provide a similar rhino .3dm ring file 5. You will need to submit an example renders ( perspective, top, side and front) with the same result seen on the provided image before I accept your bid for the instructions project. And last the instructions must be clear and quick to utilize!
