My Co. - a European Software producer - produces and sells Hotel Marketing Software - in the same category but not exactly similar to Guest Driven & KNOQ - Looking to expand in India we seek Marketing Assistants for 25 hrs / week for the following regions : -- Kolkotta -- Orissa -- Andhra & Telengana -- Madras & T.N We are only looking for Companies that are experts in Hotel & Tourism Marketing / Sales, we are NOT looking for individual freelancers You will face an interview over SKYPE, take a written test, provide references and Certification Remuneration is a mix of fixed monthly Salary plus Sales Commissions; the first months remuneration will be held in escrow here, those who are selected will make their first sale within 15 days or be eliminated; the second sale must be completed within 31 days from start in order to receive full remuneration, ( in case you fail to make your first sale within 15 days from start, you will be paid a severance fee of INR 1000 for your time AS LONG AS YOU CAN PROVE THAT YOU HAVE MADE ATLEAST 250 SALES CALLS AND PROVIDE THE FULL CONTACT DETAILS OF THE PEOPLE YOU CALLED AND SPOKE TO in XL SHEETs ) We will provide full marketing materials, Technical Support - ( ANYTHING & EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO SUCCEED WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU ! ) if you complete the first month successfully your full sales commissions and salary will be paid out within 48 hrs via FREELANCER / PAYPAL / MONEYBOOKERS / BANK WIRE and you will be invited to continue for 2 more months in all you will be expected to make a minimum of 6 sales in 3 months, with each sale being a MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION TO USE OUR SOFTWARE SYSTEM - minimum duration of our Monthly Subscription Contracts are 6 ( SIX ) Months - the monthly subscription fee MUST be collected by you against an SLA Contract with the end HOTEL client who will sign to our company, not yours and transferred to us; the end clients will pay the full 6 months UPFRONT, after signing of the contract we take over, After the initial 90 - day Test Period, we will look at signing an emplyoment contract / work - for - hire contract for a year, ( full details to qualified candidate companies ) your sales commission will be a one time 25 to 40 % PER SALE - Salary will be determined before you start, NO UPFRONT PAYMENTs ( we have not set this job as Featured on purpose ! ) Apply with the Company and Sales Persons´ CV and Foto - ( there are 2 grammar errors built into above text, find them and point them out ) ; COMPLETE ATTACHED NDA / NON COMPETE AND RETURN TO BE SHORTLISTED
