Android App disable toolbar

I need a coder to supply a piece of code that can be integrated into a native android application that I am currently having developed which commands the bottom toolbar to be disabled/enabled on tablets. Preferably, the tool bar which contains the back, home, launcher, clock, prefs battery, etc can be removed so my application can run in kiosk mode securely. my existing application can shut itself off and go to the launcher whenever needed. Code that can be used to integrate into my existing NATIVE android application is all that will be acceptable.
