Small jobs on my site

Hello I have small changes to do to my sites: 1) In the booking process of an apartment, there is a bug, but the price calculation is not made properly. I need to fix this. 2) I want to add google analytics script in order to have detailed stats of my site. 3) I want to be google verified. 4) I want property owners to be able to add their properties themselves. SO: 1) log in, sign up. 2) add property (user friendly process) 3) Sert up "welcome mail", and automatic yearly mail sent to renew property listing. 4) Onsite mailing system, like this owners can see inquiries they received. (when they receive an inquiry, they clik on a link, and answer it from the site...) 5) Easy payment with PAYPAL embedded on the site. Thanks you for bidding.
