(Facebook account must not be banned/deleted for your unapproved behaviors or actions. If Facebook account does not meet the intended amount of fans/ or is deactivated due to your actions, there will be no payment for this project. Payment Terms 10% start milestone - payment released based on 50% on 3000 Fans and balance upon completion.
