Hire a Virtual Assistant

Hello, I have been developing an e-commerce drop shipping website with Shopify for the last year (yes, this has been a long project due to a full time job that is very consuming!). I have been able to slowly do a lot of work myself on it, but I need help with the following: (a lot that I can do in a full day which I actually do not have time for yet!). 1- Instagram & FB Marketing and account management (already stablished IG account): I need to be able to create a presence with real organic engagement (NOT THOSE "GET 1000 LIKES FOR $20" that a lot of people offer). Mainly from users where I want to market my business such as; USA, Belgium, Australia, France, New Zealand, Canada, UK, etc. etc. 2- I have integrated an Affiliate program in my store. I need help with attracting affiliates with large relevant nice follower account. This program is commission based, thus affiliates need to promote store or products and sales need to be completed to get paid a very attractive commission. 3- Data entry. Many items that I have hand-selected from suppliers from china need to be edited and entered into the shop. I use Oberlo to pull items from Aliexpress. I am open to better suggestions as long as there are results in sales. 4- Market Research. Since this is an e-commerce store, I need help with product research of better selling items to push to my shop and promote. Also, there needs to be demographics to where to promote certain items that will sell better at. Niche selection and promotion. 5- Web Design. Knowledge of Shopify, Web design, and coding is a must as some things might need code twitching. 6- Integration of apps. Working knowledge of the following is necessary; Shopify and Shopify themes, Oberlo and/or Shoptimised, Aliexpress (most reliable suppliers), Coding, Instagress, Instagram Marketing, Gramblr, FB adds and FB Pixel Analytics, Printful (or a on demand custom print supplier), Basic Photoshop knowledge (to quickly edit supplier stock images of products), Fulfillment of orders (when we start making them ). Knowledge of IG adds, FB adds and add-sets, IG influencers contacting, affiliate marketing, IG image posting through Gramblr (or better), Instagress, Pinterest, SEO, email marketing and Cart abandonment recovery, etc. etc. (you get the idea). 7- Suggestions. I am a full time employee that want to create something great that works. I am open to suggestions as long as there is market, and proven revenues. I also have an idea of what I want but accept changes. I know this is a lot of information but I wanted to give you an intro of what I am looking for. Let me know what you can do for me based on the information provided. I have a deadline as of Friday the 14th at 5 pm. Belgium Time. (I am traveling, but I am based out of the US). Based on results, I would consider doing business on a regular basis for other projects I am currently working on. Please let me know if anything of what I wrote does not make sense so I can make sure to be clear and we can be off to a great start. Your quick response is greatly appreciated. I am requesting that the actual work be completed within the first 20 hours. This is, website update and editing of current pending products in Oberlo, Instagram update with Gramblr, and engagement of affiliates (with relevant niche products or similar) to sign up to program. The rest is knowledge for upcoming changes and recurring tasks if we get along and are able to work together. Thank you.
