We are urgently looking for a partner to assist in Website and intranet Development using SharePoint 2013
Our business focus is to do the requirement analysis, design, wire framing and business analysis part of the project. We need a development partner. Our current partner has been great, but it would seem like they are not geared for this size project. We need to find a partner that is comfortable with working on big projects.
We are quite urgent with this proposal, I know it is very short notice from our side and would need to make a very quick call on who to work with on this. We are already late in getting a final proposal to them, we were hoping our current partner will come through, but they are just not getting a proper proposal in place for this size implementation that we are happy with.
You will notice there is a requirement for three proposals, the first two is very similar - Website and Intranet - the last one is a Booking and Training system. The timeline is about 1 month for the basic implementation of the website and intranet and then a further 12 – 24 months, with a staggered and agile development approach for more feutures and functionality, once the current website and intranet has been refreshed in terms of migrating from 2010 with a refreshed touch on current content. This will become a much larger, multi-phase project over the next 1-3 years.
Approach:
• Wireframes will be provided
• All content will be provided
• Your focus will be on development mainly. Where you feel a wireframe or design element does not fit well with SharePoint, we will gladly take input and make changes.
• As per SCRUM, narratives for each sprint will be provided. The Product owner / Business Analysis part will be provided.
• We will need to do kick-off meeting with your team, so there needs to be time for that.
• It might be required to make available a Business Analysts that is an expert in SharePoint on the odd occasion, so there needs to be time included for that.
• The client is very pedantic on the "How" so please give a rough timeframe estimate, deliverable estimate, costing breakdown and high level technical breakdown on how you will achieve a typical upgrade project such as this.
• But I will trust you to include the details in a SharePoint proposal to achieve the goal of landing the project with us.
Again I do apologise for this but will appreciate, and I do understand it is not cast in stone, many elements still needs to be discussed, if you could provide some sort of rough first draft proposal?
