TEMPLATE DESIGNED TO CERTAIN SPECIFICATIONS

I have started a Blogging business styled: THE IMMIGRANTS HAVE LANDED. The block shall be dealing with the many faces of relationships between the US natives and Immigrants. I need a template that shows the following features: 1) The first one must show an influx of immigrants of every shade and color. 2) The midle row must show an overwhelmed, tired and bemused team of customs and border officials trying to deal with the influx of immigrants from the third row and some of the immigrants trying to sneak through by crawling between the legs of the border officials. 3) The third row must show a number of American citizens ranging from white, black and the native Americans looking at the first and middle row showing mixed reactions such as some happiness and welcoming features and hostile ones and some signs of feeling and looking dejected.
