I am looking for a right hand to help me grow my fitness and nutrition coaching business ([login to view URL]). Particularly I am looking for assistance with management of public relations and marketing. Here are some of the tasks: 1. Your main job will be to edit and post my blogs. I am working to have 3 posts per month, with 2 being short and 1 long. Many of the short posts are already created in draft and ready to go for 2017. Some are fully complete and you will merely need to check for spelling, grammar and provide any insight you might have to improve the communication and marketing influence of the post. Others give only the main points I am trying to make and I would like you to expand on these points into short paragraphs that make for a reader friendly post. In other words, I would like to eventually get to a point where I will do the research and you can do the writing. I have listed the attached document for you to consider whether you have an interest in them. I will also be giving you the task of finding images for these posts using my membership to a stock photo website. 2. Writing the scientific references for the post. I will provide the papers that need to be referenced and can show you how to use a reference manager to do this easily and quickly. 3. Regularly update and post on social media. In addition to posting links to the blogs above, we will together come up with other ways to stay engaged on social media. I would like you to be active in writing small bits of content or finding relevant content from other sources to share that would be applicable to our audience if and when you are comfortable doing so. 4. Other miscellaneous tasks. Eventually I may have you helping me with my clients' nutrition plans, email templates, recipes and any other ideas which will come as the business grows (videos, pictures, diagrams, programs, products… whatever comes). I am looking for someone who is able to commit for the long term and wants to be a major component of this business. I would also be open to, together, discussing a payment arrangement that is based on the success of the business (such as a base hourly pay which increases based on revenue or an hourly pay based on reach/likes/shares on social media). My target market is: Broad - anyone looking for success in obtaining their fitness goals Narrow - my predominant audience that has currently found me and who my primary focus will be on is single females in their late 20s to early 40s who resistance train and have unsuccessfully tried many “diets” in the past to try to reach their fitness goal.
