Marketing of historyradio.org audio stream

I run [login to view URL], an educational audio stream, which includes about about 500 educational audio segments in an educational audio stream online. The stream is available via itunes, tunein and radio.net. I also have my own streaming app. The stream tries to target audiences interested in classic literature and history, but so far i have not had the sucess in raising the number of listeners. I need someone to take a look at the stream, the website, and to propose a long term strategy which i can follow to raise the listeners numbers. If you are selected to for the project, I will send you images of the playlists, and give you access to the wordpress site which hosts the blog. I will also show you the facebook page and the twitter account that i use at the moment.
