Social Media Marketer (You Tube Buddy)

JOB TITLE: Social Media Marketer ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Manage all social media accounts, blog sites, and websites on behalf of the company. This position requires continuous posting or scheduled posting of content related to real estate, entrepreneurship, motivation, finances etc…. Required to use Tube Buddy to assist in generating leads, have ability to identify trends, build subscriber base, and create sales funnels. SUMMARY OF DAILY ACTIVITIES: 1. Is responsible for the management of all social media accounts (FB, Linkedin, Twitter, G+, YouTube, Instagram) 2. Must be an expert with Tube Buddy to build authentic youtube subscriber base traffic and increase viewing time. 3. Gather all pertinent content (articles, photos, videos) before scheduling posting ([login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and others primarily focused on Chicago, Il & Phoenix, AZ USA) 4. Post relevant content in different facebook groups to attract real estate buyer leads 5. Brand 4 of the 6 daily posts by using Carva.com. 6. Is responsible for development of a plan to drive traffic to blog site and social media accounts to assist in generating sales 7. Able to identify trends in marketing patterns pertaining to responses, subscribers, and those who opt-in via infusionsoft and other data tracking technology 8. Must be organized and be able to manage large amounts of data 9. Assist in engagement when needed 10. Generate written content for blogging on WordPress 11. Must be familiar with video editing software such as iMovie, Adobe, Microsoft Encoder, Windows Movie Maker etc… 12. Edit videos 13. Work collaboratively with Lead Generator for online marketing activities for buyers and sellers 14. Assist in redevelopment of WordPress site Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 1. Microsoft Office Suite 2. Expert with Tube Buddy, Buffer, Facebook Scheduler, Mailchimp, all social sites 3. Technologically inclined to work with systems, Internet Savvy 4. Ability to prioritize assignments 5. Excellent communication and organizational skills 7. Demonstrated reliability regarding attendance and work performance 9. Skype Account Mandatory 10. Fluent in English 11.
