OBJECTIVE: create software that once installed allows host computer to be a proxy server. Anonymous / elite proxy. SPECIFICATION. Must be easily installed Runs in background with VISIBLE ICON on task bar Can be toggled on/off by host Loads automatically on computer startup Must have splash screen on startup that I can customize. (pull from URL that I can modify as necessary) Proxy must be private - credentials set by me when I send the user the install package. Software should be called IMP 3.0 - Internet Marketing Pro. WOULD ALSO Like for program to send email admin an email when program is turned on/started or turned off / shutdown. This feature is not required, but I would like it.
