Credent Business Solutions / INCION created my site with errors I need it fixed

My website is created but the graphics look old and outdated and there are some errors on it that I need fixed. Users profiles are not attractive at all. I don't know if the programmers that made the site are from India or the US. I talked to a programmer from USA but he has never seen the coding used to create the site. Now I can't find the people that made my site. They dissapeared. They even used the wrong domain names to attach to the site. I need some errors fixed and to make the site better looking. The ad spaces are confusing because they are all piled up together. I need that organized also. The site is slow. It has video, song functionalities and others. Once you access the site some videos do not show and seem like they are uploading forever. Before anything please give me details of who you are and about your company. I require personal contact with the company or programmer at one time or another. We can use facebook as a tool. I will investigate you before accepting any offers. I also require a strict NDA document to be signed. I'm also looking for an honest person or company that has high ethics and that will answer my queries without hastle. Though there are a few bugs int the site what I mostly need is appearance. I will not spend thousands dollars on this.
