I need someone to create a meal plan for me that is both healthy, nutritious and cheap (under 40 dollars for 7 days). The meal plan should include 3 meals per day for seven days. You would need to detail what the 3 meals consist of, the recipe, ingredients as well as the cost of the ingredients. If you deliver a good meal plan, I would like to work with you on a long term.

Vous souhaitez adopter une hygiène de vie plus saine, mais vous ne savez pas comment vous y prendre ? Pas de panique ! Fitnext vous a listé les 10 commandements « healthy » qui vous aideront à accéder à une santé durable. D’aliments naturels, tu te nourriras ! Privilégiez les fruits, les légumes frais (de saison et bio de préférence) ainsi que les céréales complètes, en évitant un maximum les produits industriels. Des bons sucres, tu consommeras ! En privilégiant les sucres naturels, des fruits et en abandonnant les sucres raffinés présents dans les produits industriels (gâteaux, pâtisseries, céréales du matin, etc). Du sport, tu pratiqueras ! En alternant et/ou en combinant les séances de musculation et de cardio, toujours en respectant son rythme. Les excès en tout genre, tu éviteras (alcool, cigarette, junk-food) ! Tout au long de la journée, tu t’hydrateras ! Sodas et jus de fruits industriels, tu élimineras. Eau, tisanes, et thé, tu préféreras ! Des légumes à tous les repas, tu mangeras ! Des produits laitiers et des protéines animales tu te méfieras ! À consommer avec modération. Du poivre, des épices, herbes, noix et graines, tu te serviras ! Des écarts, tu t’autoriseras ! Car après tout, ce qui importe réellement, ce sont les habitudes de base, et non les petits plaisirs occasionnels. Des différents modes de cuisson, tu te méfieras ! La cuisson à la vapeur reste la plus saine.
