We are a behavioral health agency located in Iowa. Our agency is a nonprofit that provides mental health therapy, substance abuse counseling, and behavioral health intervention services (BHIS). Part of our accreditation process through CARF and the state is that we have to provide performance, demographic, and client satisfaction analysis. Our agency is run by a Board of Directors and any bid will need to be approved. This database does not have to be anything fancy. It needs to record and analyze data and generate reports. I developed an Access database for a Division II athletic department approximately 10 years ago. However, I do not have time to “refresh” my Access development knowledge. CARF’s mantra is; if we cannot measure it, we cannot manage it, and we cannot improve it. I have the information that needs to be included in a client’s “file”, we need someone to build it and then I can tweak it down the road if need be. The end result needs to be flexible in that I will need to be able to edit after the contract and it cannot have an Editing Restriction on the end result.

PHP/MYSQL programmer here. WHy not you can have a domain and be accessed only by you and your employees only than for Access? You can have much bettter reports or graphs or management of several things for your organization etc? Discuss with me please. This domain will be secured and no one can access around the world and none will see this too. SO only you or your people can login and see reports or graphs or financials etc. let me know please.

I have excellent command on MS Access and VBA. In addition to creating databases from scratch, I have also completed complex projects in Access VBA before . For instance - Buy and sell bitcoins automatically on Coinfloor and GDAX using respective APIs based on an algorithm - Get Amazon prices and store them in database tables periodically - Get daily orders from Amazon and update the changes in existing orders present in the database. Dear sir/madam - First off, I think the overall project description was very well put, and thanks for doing so. It definitely gave a perspective and the background of what you are looking for. I have experience in the legacy Access version as well the new one which is part of Office 365, which is 2016. Please confirm if you have Office 2016 in your office to work with?
