Sublimation / ICC Profile / Printer Problems

Hi everyone, We have a problem with using our epson 1500w / artisan 1430 with Sublimation ink. Printing tests are all fine, all 6 colors are able to print. CISS System is running. Printer is new. Printheads are cleaned. Ink is also new. The problem: printing something in green doesn't work. Whatever we do, there comes no green. Every try to print something in green, it use blue. we think, it use too much of the cyan color or too less yellow but don't know it. We bought a spyder5print to calibrate an icc profile - but seems difficult to work with; we made an profile but didn't helped really. So, printer experts and sublimation professionals out there, we need your help! :) Thanks
