TemplateMonster Site Customization needed

Hello all, I have purchased a template monster template with flash in the header only. I need the flash header customized and a little bit of work on the left column, right column, footer, and center table only on one page. I will then use that as a template only changing the 600 pixel wide table in the center table for the other pages. I will provide an html page showing what I want changed in the above detailed areas. I expect to relay what I need done in an easy to understand way and will not be very picky as long as the work is CLEAN looking. All bids welcome. Thank you!
