Hi my name is Mauricio, im kind of new in this page but would like to have the oportunity to work with you in this project. I work with blender for more than 4 years, and i can create the animation you need. I can use the blender physics simulation with rigid bodies to simulate the effect you are looking for. I can make first steps of the simulation you need for free, You can contact me via private message and we can talk more about your project, and if you like my job (and im sure you will) you can assign me the project here and i will finnish the job. First part will take like 2 days, and thats create the scene and the simulation, second part is the render time and that time depend on the time and resolution you need. For example, a 30 secons video in HD take like 3 or 4 DAYS of render time. 30 secs x 24 frames = 720 images, each images take 4 or 5 minutes to render, there are like 60 hours. The renders can be made with Cycles and you awill have very realistic images. The project will be rendered as a sequence of images inf PNG format, and later video can be made with postprocess effects without have to render again (of course this will be made with blender and the Video Sequence Editor jeje). After finnish the project i send you the rendered sequence images, the final video and the .blend project.
