Do some 3D Modelling

We have a development project which is in designed in CAD and copied into PDF. It is a residential re-development of 2 acres of land consisting of a 33 story building, a 10 storey building, a 4 storey and an 8 storey building. There is a landscaped Pedestrian mews running through the site connecting two streets (Fenwick and South Street). We will attach the site plan, the drawings, and the initial renderings we completed internally to give you a reference point of the angles and shots.. however you are welcome to make a fresh approach to what angle, and image to go with. We would like to have renderings of the site completed within a week. the design would have to be realistic enough to be marketable, yet we do not want to be to specific as we don't want to be held to an exact cladding product or colour.. therefore we think a possible night shot would be appropriate for the tower. For the mews a day shot would be fine as its just a pedestrian connection path which will be landscaped and have some artistic sculptures throughout the site. please contact only if you've read this description and agree with the approach, timing and budget. thank you,
