A real estate company is looking to hire designers to make 3d floor plans models. The pay will be per project. This is how the process will be: 1- We provide you with black and white floor plans or hand sketches. along with real photos from the properties 2- you make 3d floor plans with realistic colors that match the photos and furniture following the information and orders we give you. ( please see attached) 3- we check the final product out and ask you to edit anything we see wrong. 4- you make the necessary changes 5- we pay you The bidding here is on the price you want per one 3d floor plan. remember, this won't be one project. this will be a continuous. Please take a look on the attached images. If you can't make this high quality of work, please don't waste our time or yours!!

The price per one 3d floor plan is $45. I've read carefully the project description, and I can fulfill all of its terms. Each 3Ds floor plan could be done in less than 20 working hours, and you have free turnarounds up to 3 times to reach your vision in a perfect shape. More than 3 times it would be considered as a new project. I work full time, about 45 hr\week .. so you can count on me. By the way, I'm an architect & Graphic Designer.
