3D Model and rendering of a house

Hi, I have the following project. We are doing a major renovation an extension of an old house south of London. We have submitted the planning documents that I have in DWG format with all elevations and how the house look like now.(attached). I have photos of how the house look today to give you an idea of some parts of the house… But it will almost be like a new house. I would like you to do the outside and inside for us to have an idea what we would like in terms of colours, lighting and potentially furniture. The front side of the house must be kept traditional as we are in a conservation area. However, back side and inside we can be innovative. The furniture inside can be standard furniture, we will not use this for interior design, its main purpose is Lighting, colours on the walls, and the back side exterior layout and design. I foresee the following Milestones 1 The house made in a 3D model. (internal and external) No rendering This to delivered as a source file in a well known file format that is possible to import and export. (like sketchup, 3DS Max, etc) 2. A basic render of the house including basic furniture. Add in interior, light colours to your taste. But we would like to bounce ideas back and forward before we finalise, so, the colours and interiors shall not be of high quality until we agree. The shop at the front will be a workshop with a table in the middle and shelves on the sides. This part for us to have an idea, and to let you know of colours and furniture for the next step. delivered as images and possibly video, you can chose. 3. After a some iterations we will decide on a final design and you deliver the result as images, a video walk-through, and the source file from the rendering software I have many more photos of the house as it looked and now after demolition of all the ceilings etc. The large fan on the back will be demolished.
