Do some 3D Modelling - Repost - open to bidding

Please find the attachment. It's a school complex including two buildings and one play ground. I have attached hand sketch and this is guidance only and you are free to modify it based upon your experience. But try to make the dimension same or near. I have also tried to do some 3d model which will help you to have an idea. You have to give special attention on playground and particularly the roof which will be architecturally good looking and must be concrete. You must not copy what i have done but must be your own concept. The budget is not good enough but if you can give me a quality work, i will give you more works and by the time we will work as a partner!
