Animation For A Film

Hello. I'm directing a short film and we are currently in post-production. To complete the film would need two scenes that will have to be done in CGI. These scenes pass in underwater environment and you need rig and edit to animate the body scanner 3d which made with the actress, hair and tissues immersed to be the most natural and realistic as possible. Both scenes have in principle about 2 minutes with some plans. The hair has to be placed in this "3D clone" as equal as possible to the character in the film. Style plans: long, soft, emblematic and transmit tranquility. This scene is symbolic and is a major movie. Shows loneliness, personal and delicate side of the character. After choosing the freelancer, I will send a folder with the two storyboards, clothing references (t-shirts, pants), accessories that character is using on the scene and the body scanner 3d actress. I placed attached references of what I want for the underwater scenes and the type of cinematography.
