Hi, we have recently bought a piece of land where we are constructing a house. This is in a location called Ujjain in India. Area of the land is about 1700 Sq Ft. We are building a Ground+1 structure and layout is already final and construction has begun. Its a corner plot i.e. at intersection of 2 street lanes. Attached are final layout of ground floor and first floor. We are looking for modern elevation. We got the elevation done with a local engineer (attached) but didn’t like it.
