I am currently working in a leading CAM company, that provides toolpath calculation , machining simulation software and CNC simulation software components to the majority of CAM companies in the industry. I am focusing on CNC machining and testing of the products by creating 3D samples and models using CAD software and testing various toolpaths and the respective NC simulation. -We can provide: -G code for 2, 3 and 4 Axis (just indexed, not simultaneous) -3D modeling deliver on iges or catia format -Custom macro (Macro B), but we need parameters available on machine (variables able to be programmed on machine), and custom necessities. -Basic macros to edit g codes (developed on visual basic). -If is possible provide g code standard example setup used currently on machine: *Tool change *Start and end of program -We would need to know material, type of sujection, rough material and expected run time. -We can not manufacture physical parts.
