Develop three-card-monte game on unity

My budget is no more then 50$ , we are not opening to look at high bids at all i need the game that called 3 queens or Three-card Monte or find the lady Here you have a sample of the game (not my site) [login to view URL] With minor changes (not effecting the difficult of programing) Only the game not the site and menu , I want it for a site and also for mobile app I need the code with many comments (the bonus tip will be how good and how many comments) Also a letter that describe the code what you did and why So if I want to change stuff it will be easy This will be part of much major app and site (this is only one of the scenes) Im using the free version of unity so it need to be involved their I have many projects similar My budget is no more then 50$ , we are not opening to look at high bids at all
