UX/UI Design for Online Service

Looking for a solid, intuitive User Experience designer with strong wireframe and UI design skills to refine and expand upon an existing UX deck for an online service website project. Please note - the output for this project will solely be black and white wireframes. The chosen designer will pick up on the existing deck, and, working closely with the project's UX lead, will establish consistent design patterns and interaction models, provide suggestions for improvements to UI and interactions on each screen (based upon the defined functionality), and be responsible for building and annotating the final deck that can be passed off to the lead developer. The initial flow and interaction design has been roughed out in a powerpoint deck. The designer chosen will work under the supervision of a UX lead and be responsible for: - Assessing the current PPT wires and providing detailed recommendations for each screen. - Converting the existing PPT wires to either Illustrator, OmniGraffle or Axure-based wireframes (note - the conversion will not be a straight copying. Version 1 should be the designer's first round of input.) - Updating and maintaining the site IA to reflect any changes during the design project. - Providing detailed flows and wires for any interactions and states that need explanation. Identifying data validation states for each screen. - Implementing on-going rapid prototypes in Invision ([login to view URL]) if wires are created in Illustrator or Ominigraffle, or in Axure, as well as posting design iterations in PDF format. - Designing the mobile experience based on a sub-set of functions identified by UX lead. - Receiving input from the UX lead for each round (desktop and mobile), incorporating that input and re-posting updated wires for review. - Once the UX Lead has signed off on the wires, the designer will be responsible for assembling an annotated deck of wires for the developer - illustrating templates, UI patterns, flows, technical notes and any details the developer would require for a build. Note: designer will be required to post any production documents to a shared drive at the end of each day (where the designer has worked on revisions). Estimated design/review cycles: Initial assessment, 2-3 after first build, and assembly of final deck with 1-2 rounds of review/revision. Estimated duration of project: 2 - 3 weeks, to incorporate time for review cycles. You must provide examples of any similar UX deliverables or any work you think reflects your skill set in a way that's complementary to the successful outcome of this project.
