We have a video that we downloaded from iStock that we need edited. We're going to be using it as an HTML5 header video on a website. We need it to be 1920x1080 but still be small enough to load smoothly without lag. It can be shortened to a total length of 8 seconds. Additionally, it can be slowed down to a playback speed of 50%. All in all, the video needs to be somewhere around 1mb total.
