Make a video for a website home page

We would like a short video between 2 min and 2 1/2 min for a website home page. It will not have any human actors; instead it will be a compilation of text slides, images and/or video snippets with a voice-over. Please do not bid on this project until you have completely read this project description and the attached video outline. In your reply, please give some indication that you read and understand it or have specific questions. We are willing to edit the project after completion to provide a replacement voiceover track so there is no need for concern regarding vocal accents when making the voice-over. We are willing to buy or license any images and/or video snippets you may select after we are satisfied with them as part of the content. The text slides can have borders and backgrounds as you deem beneficial, appropriate or necessary, i.e. similar to PowerPoint slide backgrounds. The material in ALL CAPS is the text that should appear on the slide, but of course that text does not have to actually be in all caps on the slide. The video should be humorous without loosing a professional quality. The text in quotes below is the voice-over material. See the attachment for an outline of the video flow. Transitions may be added as you deem beneficial, appropriate or necessary. The images or video snippets of the handshake and the water tunnel slide should be the same in each Act, meaning they should be repeated in each of the five Acts. We will need you to sign an intellectual property assignment agreement. If you have better or alternative ideas for the suggested concepts of the images and/or video snippets, please let us know during the project and we will consider them.
