Hi, The job description is very exciting for me as it involves the work which I have been doing for the last 7+ years. I had started my career in an MNC giant (ICT firm) in the Talent Acquisition Department where the main role involved around "Recruitment". Gradually I had upgraded to the program manager for recruitment of the Eastern region of the country. My job involved in the E2E recruitment starting from screening, discussion with hiring managers, interviewing, coordinating with vendors for right candidate, scheduling, HR round of interview and finally sharing the offer proposal; was also involved with the on-boarding activities. I was also the "Campus Specialist" of the organisation. With the first class degree in MBA(specialization in HR), my degree has helped me achieve my target. I live in a zone with a time difference of about 2.5 hrs which should be very convenient to work around with.
