I'm Alessandra ,an Italian native freelancer.
I have plenty of years of experience in customer services and customer satisfaction matured in years of work in customer relation field.
I had the most important work experience in the company A2A SpA , the biggest utility supplier company in Italy.
In 2006 I started to work in this company as a customer service consultant of the electric / gas area.
Duties including were commercial information, billing management, stipulation and contract changes, problem solving.
In 2013 I became customer service supervisor in the same company.
My responsibilities were to inform and collaborate with the IT support group of SAP about any issues /errors of the software, and to supervise and assist my team of 60 consultants.
Currently, I'm working in an Italian time-share company based in Tenerife.
Duties : outbound calls for promoting and selling holiday weeks, in order to acquire new members.
Assisting already existing members over the phone and via e-mail, replying to different enquiries.
I like to deal with customers and make them satisfied with an efficient and accurate service.
I have excellent knowledge of MS Office package ( MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint) ,excellent knowledge of SAP.
I’m able to organize the job on my own , observing the deadlines and targets.
I'm a curious, reliable and precise person.
