I do believe that I have the knowledge and capacity to apply in such position since I have been working in a BPO Company for almost 8 years now and I have also worked as a data entry clerk from the previous company, because of my experience I know that I can share my knowledge and ability to help other people in providing a good quality of customer service and a provide a onetime resolution to their issue or to whatever task they would give me. If given a chance to work from my Home, I can provide my own work place since I have a good internet connection with Fiber Connection 20-40mbps download and 5-9mbps upload and at the same time I have one personal desktop computer that I am already using.
As a data entry clerk, it is my job to update and maintain information on computer systems and in archives. It's an important role as information in these systems is only valuable if it is accurate, up to date and useable. I type 50 WPM, however, one of my greatest strengths is in data entry work. I have over 3 years experience with Quickbooks, including and POS (Point of Sales). I am a fast learner with less supervision Quickbooks Online. I have knowledge on Microsoft office – Word, excel power point, outlook, and one note with less supervision.
