My friend's fiancé is currently visiting on ETSA, and would like to study English here in September. They applied for a fiancé in February, but it isn't ready yet and will probably take MANY more months. I need someone to either expedite the visa to be ready within 1 month or I need help to determine if she can legally apply for a student visa and receive it in time to start class by September.
