Small Caller ID - CRM application

Hi, this is about a very small application that its basic function will be to recognize the CallerID using CAPI from 2 USB ISDN modems. So when the application should be able to recognize the callerID (by using an activeX), search in a .mdb if this callerID exists and if it does then display on the screen details about this customer. I will provide you with specific details I want to be displayed. The application screen should be devided in two since there are two telephone lines that could be ringing at the same time. Also the application should be able to run at the same time on two different computers (I know this is not a problem). I will provide you with full specification and design. I m a proffesional programmer so I can help. Source code is required. Any programming language is welcome as long as and executable is produced. Delphi, VB, Visual Fox etc.
