Configure SPF records for Rackspace to cover Every sending IP

I need someone that has the knowledge to permanently fix and cover ALL Rackspace IPS that send through their framework. This isn't complicated because Rackspace posts all of their sending IPs. But when I use their default SPF framework, it does NOT cover the IPS that they deliver emails from... so while I have written a custom SPF below, I need the "IP RANGES" in the SPF, so you would take the range and shorten all of them to "[login to view URL]" to make it cover everything. Here is a typical example of the SPF that should work but does NOT: v=spf1 ip4:[login to view URL] ip4:[login to view URL] ip4:[login to view URL] ip4:[login to view URL] ip4:[login to view URL] ip4:[login to view URL] ip4:[login to view URL] ip4:[login to view URL] ip4:[login to view URL] ip4:[login to view URL] ip4:[login to view URL] ip4:[login to view URL] ip4:[login to view URL] ip4:[login to view URL] ip4:[login to view URL] ip4:[login to view URL] ip4:[login to view URL] ip4:[login to view URL] ip4:[login to view URL] ip4:[login to view URL] ip4:[login to view URL] ip4:50.57.219.123mx include:[login to view URL] ~all But as soon as I send a test email, to [login to view URL] I get typically an IP that's NOT in the range as indicated above. See this, which makes my spam score skyrocket because the "sending domain does not allow sender IP" or the "sender email"... [login to view URL] Please advise you can and have SPF record experience. I need to shorten all the RS ranges to make it cover EVERY MAIL SENDING IP THEY HAVE UNDER THE SUN!!!!
