Website Redesign and Update

Need to update and freshen up existing Website for financial services firm. We are most focused on finding someone with a good eye for design and solid Website development skills. We will be responsible for content generation. We have 2 or 3 examples of Websites that we like the look and feel of. Need to create links into Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter and also need help with those pages or sites. We have no eCommerce but we would like to make it easier for our employees to generate blog entries and to update the Website with employee changes, project information and press releases. The existing Website is based on Joomla which is OK but it is cumbersome to use and over engineered for our purposes. The project would entail (i) providing 2 or 3 Website design/look/feel ideas until we decide on one that we like - professional, clean, crisp, contemporary, sophisticated; (ii) helping with stock imagery or photographs - we are not designers and have no time to parse through hundreds of photos; (iii) working on front page layout and sub page layouts to effectively organize the presented information; (iv) migrating existing content to the new site; (v) working with our team to bring new content onto the site; (vi) managing all aspects of design and implementation of our interface with FaceBook, LinkedIn and Twitter (others?); (vii) incorporating lead capture page for bringing new leads into our Salesforce implementation. The most important factors will be a good design idea and a track record of having successfully built or improved a number of Websites with good references. There would be ongoing assistance as we add to the Website over time.
