Virtual Assistant / Web Development

I am looking for a LONG TERM virtual assistant or team to provide several services on as needed basis. Some of these services include: -Web Development (I have several domains and need to get quick blogs set up with adsense) -Article Writing (I'm looking to make approximately $1 per day off several websites...if you can help me achieve this, you will be rewarded with bonuses) -SEO (nothing too crazy, just enough to get traffic to these website) -Logo Design (I have several clients in Canada and the US who hire me to design their logos. I don't have time to accomplish this anymore and need an assistant) i -Google Analytics and Adsense (I have several websites and different analytics and adsense codes for all of them...I need someone to put all the websites under the same analytics code) -Overall, I need help keeping track of my online projects and I need to make money off them. I currently own an online adult toystore and I need to create a new ecommerce store. I'm using a turnkey solution right now that has lousy SEO so I need someone who is experience. I can pay approximately $100 / month for the right person, this will be for approximately 25 hours of work per month. Bonus structure: We will be building several websites and blogs. If any of those websites and/or blogs (with the exception of the adult toy store) generate more than $40 per month, you will be given 25% (or $10) for every website that generates $40 or more. Please bid and include your experience and availability. I'm expecting the chosen freelancer to be available during specific hours so that I can contact him/her to discuss next steps/projects. I'd like bidders to have significant experience with web development (specifically wordpress), hosting, adsense, and english. Moderate experience with SEO is necessary.
