Expert Creative Vector Designer Required Skills required : 1 ) Adobe Illustrator CS 5 or earlier 2 ) Considerable experience, knowledge & expertise in the digital design industry We are currently seeking to hire an EXPERT CREATIVE VECTOR DESIGNER who uses Adobe Illustrator to create a range of professional design briefs, client application forms, invoice & quotation forms for use within our website and graphic design business based in New Zealand ( [login to view URL] ). There are a lot of specific requirements involved in this project, so please ensure that you properly read this entire design brief before you replied or bid on this project. This is not just a simple project, we need your expertise and knowledge of the digital design industry as well as your incredible vector design skills. We have paid the featured fee to Scriptlance so you can visit our website ( [login to view URL] ) and can clearly see & understand our brand and visual identity very clearly, ensuring that you completely understand and are able to confirm your ability to properly complete this project and ensure back all of the vector design blends and is branded perfectly with our existing new brand. This project is as described below : Stage 001 : Design Briefs ( X4 ) The expert vector designer that we seek must be extremely creative & talented but also must have an excellent understanding of the graphic / website design business & industry, so that they can be sure that each design brief (as listed below) includes all of the ' key relevant information fields ' needed for us to gather all of the information from a potential client when they want to have either a website, logo, brochure or another type of ' digital design project ' completed by our company. We have attached a copy of our OLD website design brief, as a reference for you to see all of the information fields included and clearly show you that these new design briefs that you will create must be in a ' form type format ', so that it is easy for a potential new client to complete. THIS IS AN OLD DESIGN AND MUST NOT BE USED IN ANY WAY OTHER THAN TO GIVE YOU A CLEAR IDEA OF THE FORM-STYLE INFORMATION FIELDS THAT WE WANT ALL 4 OF THESE DESIGN BRIEFS CREATED IN. This also website design brief is attached as : [login to view URL] Once you have created all 4 of these design briefs, we are going to create interactive PDF files from them that enable the client to fill in all of their details and information in the information fields and then press a button on the front page of the form and the form will be sent via e-mail directly back to us at our design company. Essentially you must create all 4 of the new design briefs from scratch using your experience, knowledge & expertise in the digital design industry. 1 ) Website Design Brief 2 ) Logo Design Brief 3 ) Brochure Design Brief 4 ) General Design Brief We expect each of these design briefs to be very detailed and comprehensive and must include all of the information that any design company would need from a potential client to begin each specific design project. Each of the design briefs that you create must have a new modern vector style that is based upon our companies NEW LOGO DESIGN ELEMENTS & COLOR SCHEME that are included in the attached file : [login to view URL] The fonts that are used as part of our new branding & design are : Swiss Fonts and are attached to this post in the following file [login to view URL] The final design briefs must be supplied in .ai &.pdf format. Stage 002 : Application Form / Official Invoice Template / Official Quotation Template The 2nd part of this vector design project is to create the following forms using Adobe Illustrator, in a similar form-style format as with the design briefs in stage 001. We want you to use your expertise and knowledge to not only design the visual style of these forms but most importantly to decide on ' all of the relevant and important information fields ' that should be included to ensure that we are able to gather all of the necessary information when a new client wants to hire us for a design project and that our quotations & invoices look professional and ultimately include all of the important client data. The forms that you must create as part of stage 002 of this project are as follows : 1 ) Client Application Form 2 ) Official Invoice Template 3 ) Official Quotation Template Again we have included a copy of our OLD invoice for your reference, please ensure that you do not use this design for anything else other than a reference of the information fields that we require. We do not have any specific examples of the exact information fields that we would like included on all of these templates and forms.
