Build a Website

We are looking to rebuild our website and we have had a designer already do most of the work, however, there is still a bit of work to be done, so you will have to work in parallel with that. The website needs to be built on a CMS, so we can easily edit everything we need on it, as well as creating new pages using a WYSIWYG editor. The website will contain the following pages: - Homepage (simple page with a carousel of our clients/testimonials, which we can easily edit in the CMS very easily) - Products for Businesses (simple static page) - Products for Generators (simple static page) - About us (simple page with a carousel presenting our team members, which we can easily edit in the CMS very easily) - Contact page (simple contact form with our address and GMaps) - Blog (blog section) - Glossary (simple glossary section that we can update off the CMS) - Partners (simple static page) - Media (page with fact sheets, media packages, etc, that we can update off the CMS) As always this needs to be fully responsive. We would highly prefer a CMS that is in js based rather than PHP. Also, we would prefer a CMS that is supported by a community so we do not have to rely on additional custom work for updates and so on, and we would also like to have access to different plugins. I would highly appreciate a very very quick turnaround, and depending on how quick it is, I will pay additionally. Let me know your bids and we will discuss.
