Convert a Template to a Webpage with animation effects

This project involves building a responsive webpage using the Photoshop design files provided for desktop browser, mobile, and tablet. Custom animation effects need to be developed using CSS/Javascript. Bootstrap framework can be used to build this web page but it will involve customization as per the design files shared. There are 8 - 9 screen recording videos of the mobile app features to be illustrated in this web page. These videos need to be converted to animated gifs and embedded into the web page. Special care should be taken (such as compressing the animated gifs, or initially loading a static image and later loading the gif in the background) to keep the total size of the webpage small so that the webpage load time is not too much. The deliverable includes ensuring that the webpage loads quickly and displays all animation effects correctly on all the major browsers - chrome, firefox, safari, internet explorer/edge on PC, mobile, and tablets.
