Small business is looking for a developer to finish a migration that was completed partially by a firm we had hired but had to cut ties with. We have a catalog of roughly 2200 items, which have already been imported into BigCommerce from our old Drupal site. We are now needing assistance with fine tuning the design of the site, and preparing for launch - items that we want seen addressed: -Navigation Menu Redesign -Home Page Aesthetically Optimized -Sitewide Speed Optimization -301 Redirects Long term, we'd love for this job to lead to a ongoing SEO project, including optimizing our site and ad campaigns. We had an internal deadline of 10/1/18 (6 months since project start date) to finish this migration, but our prior development firm continuously missed deadlines, thus where we are now. We are needing this project completed before the end of the year, the sooner the better.
