Final touches, Getting Pay Pal Pro, GeoClassifieds, and add ons Subscriptions and Accout Types add ons to final product

Need 3 Subscription plans as follows 1) Free monthly with a membership term of 365 days, limited posting with 10 free ads a month capped. the ability to upgrade individual ads and pay for those highlighted ads through pay pal. 2) 6.99 a monthly recurring plan with 25 allowed ads and the ability to pay for ad upgrades at time of posting the ad. 3) 9.99 monthly recurring plan with say 50 ads a month for a year with upcharge for ad upgrades at time of posting. here is the tricky part We bought an Account Type add on that gives the user the ability to upgrade their plan at any time in the user panel. we have all the plug ins and pay pal api s needed ssl is in place like I said just need someone to tie it all together.
