Put flags fo drop down menu + mesaje at selection - 20$

Hello! images are attached There are 2 problemes: 1. Our website is translated in 6 languages. There is a drop down list on which you have to attach the flags for the desktop version. In the end the drop down list must have the name of the language + flag. For the smartphone version and for all other resolutions, we need to have 6 flags on the top of the screen which correspond with the countries’ languages we have (Romanian, English, Spanish, German, Italian, French). The flags must be in an horizontal position on top of the screen. We have sent you an attach as an example of what we need! Also in the example below we have selected „Alta locatie”, once you select it has to appear a message with „Pentru mai multe detalii, contactati-ne”. The message must appear where ever it is possible, where the „X” are. (just in one place, where you can) The Drop Down List you see below, has to be smaller, with the same period of time but only smaller Thank you for your help!
