1- Develop an extra broadcasting camera for the viewer. The broadcaster of each channel will be able to choose from their viewers who they would like to broadcast with one-on-one. I've attached an example to (this post) so you can see how two cameras look.
2- Developer must know how to install red5. Therefore, you will need java skills.
3- I would also like a monthly subscription fee
4- Only PayPal fixed price Integration for broadcaster to receive money.
5- Paypal icon on broadcaster channel
6- Various options to give access to the chat rooms. Public access, restricted access for registered members or Twitter & Facebook Api login
7- Users should be able to view through their iOS & Android browsers
