I represent a home building company, and we are interested in working with a freelancer to convert all of our residential wood-frame home plans from 2d blueprints (which include elevations and each floor plan) to 3d models to use in marketing, and to use the new plan files to make small edits as necessary later on. Preferred BIM architectural software is "Chief Architect" or Revit. Most of the work will be simply tracing the 2d floor plan in architectural software that automatically generates the 3D model according to the layout and design defaults. We have an existing home that needs accurate plans drawing up and then draw up an alteration. We need someone local in Auckland who can measure the existing house and then draw in Autodesk/Revit. Hi, I have a project with existing drawings that I would like drafted up in Revit 2018 Educational Version. I've linked a blank Revit Template to start this drawing. I would like a Toposurface made with the contours shown in the file '190704flettContour'. These contours are at 1 meter intervals. We need this translated into a 3d model at LOD 350 for coordination for the first deliverable. Once the project has been cordinated we will also complete the CD set in Revit 2019 instead of AutoCAD. It is a very very simple project as the units have typical plumbing and fixtures, the hardest parts of the building are the common areas.
