Hi. This seems really interesting. I presume you will be using an FDM printer. I have a 3D printing business in South Africa and will be able to model and test print it here, show pictures and send you the necessary files to print it in NZ. In which file format will/can you provide the scans? This will probably be the first hurdle. Ons we are sure that we can load the scan in our CAD software it should be fairly simple. My bid isnt the lowest since I understand that there is quite a bit of work in volved. Also just a question but if the scans are 1mm slice curs are we talking about 200 - 250 slices to be 3D prited? (im thinking that ones head is between 200 to 350mm high. Or do you just want to do the sinuses?
