Custom workflows in Zoho CRM

We need somebody who is skilled and knowledgeable in working with Zoho CRM. We need to update many aspects of our workflow and automation. Looking for someone with experience in building custom functions. For this particular project, we want to get started by having someone build a custom function that will allow us to keep track of how many times we've sent a particular email to a lead. After we've sent that email X number of times and they have not responded, we want to reclassifythat lead as a "Low Priority" lead. You may have better suggestions on how to do it. Lets start with this first project and go from there.
