I am looking to do a complete simulation of a catalytic cracking and distillation of different types of feed like plastic & tire to different fuels from a auger reactor and final fractional distillation in the tower. You have to provide the details of the distillation tower ( No of trays, height of column etc ) as per the feed and temperature provided once you are selected. the PFD is already shared with you. You have to provide the sizing of different component the gas feed, condensers, fractional tower with reboiler and reflux, catalyst tower etc.
Optimization of the process by adding cyclone extra if [login to view URL] material i am looking at is plastic like (PP PE PS PVC individually and a mix) Rubber, wood and Municipal solid [login to view URL] feed rate is 500 kg/hr and temperature range is 300-800 deg celcius. Catalyst to be used. Process optimization required and distillation column to give out products (Limonene, naptha, diesel, gasoline).
I am a Chemical Engineering, experienced in mass, energy and population balances. I can solve the energy and material balance for you, carry out a process simulation to validate the results and add a process flow diagram to illustrate the process.
