I would like to hire an Engineer

Compliance Checklist document to be completed. The document is an excel file, which is essentially a list of clauses taken from a Rail Safety and Standards Board document: 'Rail Industry Standard for Technical Requirements for On-Track Plant and Their Associated Equipment and Trolleys' (RIS1530). The task in hand is to go through the checklist and make a compliance statement for each clause, and detail what evidence is to be provided to support the statement. The task relates to a Road Rail vehicle, which is already certified to an old revision of this standard, and is currently being re-certified to the latest revision of the standard. I would ideally like someone who can take on the whole task, managing all the work required, including maybe a site visit to see the machine. However what I see as more likely to happen is that I will continue to manage the task, and make the site visits, so I would then be looking for support to just fill out the excel document, which can be done remotely from any location. I would potentially need to post some of the user guides etc to you, so it would be better if you are based in the UK. I would be keen to work out a daily rate for the work, and the deadline for the project has already passed so I am looking for someone to start immediately. There are already further projects in the pipeline, and my workload is unlikely to get any easier any time soon, so it is likely that if we work well together that there will be ongoing work.
