Create a marketing campaign for my books, ebooks, dvd's, and audiobooks

I need to have someone create a marketing campaign for my books, ebooks, dvd's,and audiobooks. I DO NOT HAVE A WEBSITE so what I need is someone to help me increase the amounts of sales I have no [login to view URL], itunes store, [login to view URL], and all my physical books by advertising them on your websites, on yahoo answers, chat rooms, and other online locations that will bring in sales for me. You can go to [login to view URL] and search under my name to find all my books and choose a book and create a link to that book so that people and go to the link and purchase the book, dvd's, ebook, or audiobook. I also have apps for my books on the google and apple appstores but have not had success with these. They are all sports and nutrition books. On [login to view URL] they have a promotion where if someone does the trial membership and buys my audiobook on there first purchase and stays for a month or two I get a $50 bonus which I could pay a commission on to the person who obtains more than three every month since that is the most I have ever had any month so I would know if this increase was due to marketing. You can choose to advertise just one type of product or all of them as long as I see results as I am looking for a LONG TERM RELATIONSHIP based on results. If you have suggestions let me know.
